About Diesel

Diesel is a sweet, loyal, loving dog. He loves to play fetch and will sit, lay down, shake, and load up (into a vehicle) upon command. He loves all female dogs, but is choosy with males. He has never been around cats. He absolutely loves kids. He is a purebred, but we do not have papers. When he was two he developed a skin allergy and lost a lot of hair. When it came back, it came in white. He looks older than he is. He is house trained, crate trained, and does not get on the furniture. Although he is playful, he does not like for someone to go over the top of his head. It makes him anxious and he will growl to let you know. Do not rough house with him by aggressively rubbing his head. He loves to play, but he feels threatened when getting rough with his head or going over the top of his head. This is the reason that we are looking for someone to care for him. He has bitten three people in the last three months. He is super-sweet, but we cannot keep him. Looking for someone to work with him and better train him. He is very protective of his food. If he does not get adopted we will have to surrender him to a shelter as we are no longer able to care for him.
