Oscar is approximately 6 years old and will require a patient loving home. We don't know what happened to make him so fearful but every day he is making strides towards trust and love. Oscar takes awhile to warm up but once he does can be very sweet. He would do best with a single person or couple with no small children and ideally as an only dog or with slow introduction to other pets.
