This female, 10 pound, 6 year old, terrier mix, is currently at the high kill Carson Shelter, and has been there since mid April. As a result, she needs to get out ASAP and the only way she can get out is if a foster (temporary home) and rescue or adopter (permanent home) saves her! There is a rescue who is willing to save her life, by getting her out of the shelter, but they cannot do that without a foster and or adopter. Fostering is free as the rescue provides all of the necessities while the dog is in foster care such as paying for medical expenses, grooming and food.
