About Annie

Very loving, well natured pit/boxer. She was found starving to death in Nov/2017. I took her to the Vet and she tested High positive for Valley Fever and a very low positive for Heartworm. She has gone from 44 pounds and unable to walk, due to starvation, to a bouncing 80 pound steam roller. I love this dog and need to find her an immediate single pet home. She has done so well on her medicine that her heartworm bloodwork has improved and she only has to take Heartgaurd chews once a month. Her Valley Fever is still being treated with medicine 2 times a day. She has gotten very jealous and injured the other dog a couple days ago. She is so darn sweet otherwise. She follows commands: 'Kennel Up' 'Sit' 'Stay' 'No' 'Stop'... and loves to give hugs and kisses. BUT....Does Not Like Men! She loves, loves, loves water!!! This is breaking my heart to get rid of her, but I am disabled and getting between a dog fight and not being able to contain her is impossible. I will meet anyone interested at my home for screening and compatibility. I also have medicine for her Valley Fever and will help with her care, if needed. Please save her life! She is worth it!
