I have a bonded pair of 6yr old siblings, Ollie(almost all black) and Molly (grey and white tabbywho are looking for a new home. They belonged to my mother, who passed away. I would like to keep them, and have tried to, however they aren't getting along with our cat or Chihuahua (they were fine with our large dog, as long as he didn't bother them). I have given them lots of time to adjust, (over a year) but we aren't getting anywhere. This is a hard decision for me, but I see that it's not going to get better and I want to be fair to all of them, so I hope to find them a loving home. When they are the only pets, they are wonderful to have around. Both are loving and like to cuddle and give/receive attention. Molly takes a little more time to warm up than her brother does, but she is more confident when he is by her side. She gets upset when he's not in her sight, or she doesn't know where her brother is, so I can't see separating them. These two have a bit of a food obsession, and were given access to food all day before they were in my care, so they are on the larger side. We have them on a set feeding schedule and they have lost some weight. They are still young and lively and enjoy playing with toys and the laser pen, and you have to hide the catnip, because it's a huge favorite. Ollie even plays fetch with toys or a small ball, when he's in the mood. They also really like hanging out on our porch outside, so if you have a yard or balcony, they would enjoy that. If you are willing and able to give them a loving home, you won't be disappointed with this pair! Ollie and Molly are sweet, playful and would be so grateful, they really need a place to call their own.
