About Chorizo

This little boy is Chorizo. He is one of a litter of two born March 11, 2018. He and his sister came into our rescue with both of their parents a few weeks after they were born. Libby is their mom and Pringles is dad. Both parents are Chihuahua mixes. Chorizo looks a lot like his dad. Because we know both of his parents are under 15 pounds we would expect Chorizo to be about that size when he is full grown. Chorizo is an active little guy who likes to get outdoors and run around his yard. As with most puppies he has spurts of energy and then needs to cuddle up and take a nap. Because he is a small puppy his new home should not have children under the age of 10 or large dogs. Chorizo will be ready to go to his forever home the week of May 21st at 10 weeks of age. He will be neutered, microchipped and have had two to the three required distemper vaccinations. Adopters will be responsible for his rabies vaccine and his third distemper booster on June 4th. Buckle is a baby so his forever home needs to have the ability to get him out to potty every 4 hours through the day until he gets older.
