About Jestine

Jestine is a sweet and adorable 5 month old cairn terrier mix pup who is looking for a loving forever home. Jestine is currently in a loving foster home where she has been carefully watched and cared for since coming to us. Jestine came to us as a stray and we took her to our vet to have her leg looked at. The vet discovered her leg had been fractured at around 6 weeks old and had already healed. While it is not recommended that Jestine runs any 5K's or goes for long hikes, she should live a normal and pain free life with no further medical needed. Jestine is an outgoing pup who loves to play with other dogs and her people. She has done great with older kids, but would love to meet any kids in her future family. She sleeps in bed all night long in her foster home, so she is hoping to snuggle up with her new family at night. She hasn't been kenneled at all in her foster home and is not destructive at all. Such a well mannered pup! Jestine likes to play with toys. She is 90% potty trained and will also use a pee pad. She is also almost dog door trained. Jestine is great with all dogs big and small once she knows them, but can be leery of strange dogs at first. She does excellent in the car in a kennel, but can be a bit nervous when out of kennel. Jestine is a quiet gal who rarely barks. She LOVES to snuggle. Justine is a low shed girl but will still need grooming for that adorable scruffy face of hers. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and vet checked. Her adoption comes with 30 days of free pet insurance, and comes with a free vet visit. Her adoption fee is $350.
