This handsome boy has long coat the color of cornsilk and is as soft as an Angora bunny. HIs large ears sit high on the head and are tufted with fur and he will only get fluffier with age. His large almond-shaped copper-colored eyes that slant slightly upward are absolutely mesmerizing. Garland is charming, boisterous, and extremely active with a cleverness that makes him endlessly entertaining. He likes to play and will do whatever is necessary to get and keep your attention, even if it means getting into a little trouble. The Angora breed is known to keep their kitten-like playfulness well into old age. He is friendly toward guests but loves his own people best. He is a confident and social kitten who is best suited to a home where he will have another kitty playmate to keep him company. When you are home, Garland may drape himself across your shoulders or settle comfortably into your lap. At night you're likely to find him next to you with his head resting on your pillow. This gorgeous boy is an affectionate, gentle cat who is devoted to his family, but his precocious intelligence, resourcefulness, desire for interaction and play, may make him a challenge to live with. He does love to be near his humans and enjoys following you around from room to room. We do not recommend that he live with the elderly as he is likely to get underfoot. If you are not bothered by any of that, and want a wonderful, loving companion who will give your years of affection and entertainment do yourself a favor and meet Garland -- you will fall head over heels in love!
