About Chewey

TEMPORARILY WITH FOSTER TO SAVE HIS LIFE. NEEDS A GOOD HOME VERY SOON!! CUTEST SWEETEST BOY...When we got him out, we took him home so he could relax before transporting him up to Breann. He jumped in the pool, and then accepted a nice bone which he carried to the grass and gnawed on while laying in the sun to dry off. Then he came into the house and was a perfect gentleman! (Okay, one quick bout of counter surfing, but when you're in a high-kill shelter for that long, who can blame you?) We stopped in Santa Barbara on our way up north and walked Chewey around the grounds of The Four Seasons Biltmore. He was lovely stopping to greet people and for a minute I thought we had an adopter! I'd offered to take Chewey if he had no interest. Then I took Frosty back from Oregon instead. Breann's had him this entire time, and he's been an amazing boy. Chewey is good with other dogs AND CATS, and has a happy, grateful energy. You'd be lucky to have him, and vice versa.
