About Val West

VAL IS ON THE EUTHANASIA LIST AT THE SHELTER! SHE IS URGENT! She is a wiggle butt and very people friendly. SHE ABSOLUTELY ADORES KIDS! She is so affectionate with people! She just needs an only dog home...She is pure LOVE! Val has been at the shelter since January 9 and is on the pre-E list because she starting to show signs of deterioration-not kenneling well, fence fighting with other dogs-she needs to get out of the shelter and into a loving home where she can rest and have some peace and quiet. Val is such a sweet girl! She loves to play tennis ball and splash in the kiddie pool on a warm afternoon. She knows sit and come and she does pull a bit on the leash at first, but gets better after she has burned off a little excess energy! She takes treats nice and gentle and will give kisses to thank you! Val needs out now! It is recommended she be a one-and-only dog at this time. She did ok with dogs when she first came in, but she has become dog selective due to stress. She chases cats, so prefers to be an only pup!
