About Slim Jim

Super Urgent! Slim Jim needs a foster or adopter by today Monday, April 30, 2018 at 7 PM so his life will be spared. He is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Slim Jim came in as a stray on a week ago today, Sunday, April 22, 2018. He is completely emaciated. You can see every rib and his hip bones and his head looks way too big for his very skinny body. When he was out with the volunteer all he wanted to do was eat treats, which he took gently. He's very friendly and did not guard his food even though he was very hungry. Please save his life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
