Urgent! Blacky needs a foster or adopter so her life will be spared. She is at a high kill shelter that is full and dogs are being killed. Blacky really loves being with other dogs. Blacky really misses her old owner and needs to leave the shelter and be in a home environment. Please save her life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
