Chelsey is a 1 year old female Jack Russel Terrier Mix who was treated at the Az. Humane society after being hit by a car and was too fearful and nippy to be made adoptable. She was terrified there and so confused. Fast forward...she is already doing well and just arrived at her foster home, she is happy and playful and definitely a different dog!
