About Bluebell

Winston, Ranger, Ruckus, and Bluebell will be attending their first adoption event meeting potential families this Sunday April, 29th from 11-3 at Petvalu in Manassas. Applications for this litter must be submitted in person at our adoption event. Because of there age, puppies will not be able to go home for a few more weeks but we will be accepting and approving applications for them starting this Sunday. The Empty Shelter Project operates as a foster-based animal rescue. We do not have an actual facility for viewing dogs but potential adopters are welcome to meet dogs at our adoption events at PetValu every Sunday from 11-3 (except the first Sunday of the month). If you see a specific pet you would like to meet, please contact us in advance to make sure they will be at the event. PetValu is located at 10079 Market Circle Dr, Manassas VA 20110.
