About CUDDLEBUG

CUDDLEBUG had a rough life on the streets, but is so grateful to be a 100% indoor cat now! He loves LOVE and FOOD and the order switches back and forth, depending on the time of day! He's not that much into playing�'�|he plays and explores a little, but he's really the cat you want as a BFF to snuggle and cuddle with you, watching tv, curling up with a good book, or sleeping in bed. CUDDLEBUG has those adorable big fat tom cat cheeks. He may have been a tom cat, and he may look rough on the edges, but he's a total diamond in the rough. He was obviously someone's pet at one time, and was kicked out on the cold hard streets of LA to fend for himself. He melts as soon as you pet his cheeks, scratch his chin, or rub his belly. He loves rolling over and giving you his belly to rub! He just wants to spend time with you and would love a forever home and person or family to belong to again. CUDDLEBUG is definitely a 'people cat' and prefers the company of humans more than anyone else, but he can be left alone for long stretches of time and do just fine! If you need to work, or travel, it's ok, he is really chill just hanging out and watching the birds and cars go by in a cat tree or an ottoman by the window. CUDDLEBUG is fine with other cats, but doesn't need their company�'�|he would do fine in a house with other animals or without. We have not tested him around large dogs, so we cannot speak to that, but he is wary of small dogs until he gets to know them. He is open to new situations and he's adaptable, so even if you have a large dog, with time and proper integration techniques (we can help you with that), CUDDLEBUG would adjust super well. He is the type of cat you want to be your best friend, but he may or may not be the best friend of another animal�'�|but he'd tolerate and get along with them. And despite his rougher looks, CUDDLEBUG is a sensitive soul! He is retiring, not aggressive, and is a total gentleman. He's never sprayed, and has always gone to the bathroom in the litter box. He doesn't scratch up the furniture, and he was a sweet boy when his nails were trimmed and Soft Paws were added as caps. He was even a good boy when given a bath! He didn't love the bath, and he was scared, but he didn't scratch his foster mom up and wriggled but did it in such a way where it did not hurt her. He was very good about getting oral meds and he's always had a hearty appetite. He also has been fantastic getting his ears cleaned. He's also a pretty neat/tidy cat who doesn't make a mess. He is not a busy beaver�'�|he's perfectly content in a smaller space, so you could have an efficiency, and he'd fit in perfectly. He does not bounce off the walls, and instead is mellow and well-behaved. So - if you have a busy lifestyle, and are out of the house a lot, or are a homebody, and you want a BFF when you are home, CUDDLEBUG would be a great fit! He's an easy starter cat as he doesn't need anything special, just a safe space, food and some love. CUDDLEBUG was rescued from a high kill shelter in the nick of time and is at a foster home, but is really hoping a wonderful person chooses him to be part of a loving forever family. CUDDLEBUG is housebroken, always uses the litterbox, doesn't spray, doesn't scratch up the furniture, and is well-behaved.
