Layla is a 2 year old schnauzer-cairn terrier (?) mix weighing about `18 pounds. This sweet girl was tied out in the backyard and had puppies, after the puppies were born the original family did not want her anymore so she was turned in to the shelter in Texas. What a terrible decision as this girl is the sweetest! She is an active dog so a family that can keep up with her energy will be great! Understandably this girl has some separation anxiety and would do best in a home where someone is around a lot. She is crate trained and absolutely loves to go on car rides. She would love a human that would allow her to sleep in the big bed with them! This lovely lady has made the long trip from Texas to Massachusetts and needs a place to call home - could it be yours? Adoption fee is $450, which includes spay/neuter, microchip, USDA transport, vaccines, health certificate and Massachusetts mandatory animal quarantine.
