Meet Desmond! 6 months old Doxie Mix 18 pounds I'm Desmond. My foster parents say I am a little cuddle bug full of love. I can be a little shy and tentative with new people/things but once I'm comfortable I come out of my shell. I am full of energy and love to play fetch and tug. Check out my pictures, you will see that I LOVE to SMILE!!! I've been told I have one of the best smiles in town!!! I'm working on potty training and learning to love my crate, but I would much rather sleep with you. I love other dogs (both big and small) and playing with my foster brother and sister. I especially like cuddling up for a nap with them. I know how to sit and I'm trying to learn stay. I'm usually a good boy, but I am a puppy so I am still working on my manners. I might be small, but I like to pretend I'm a big guard dog. I am looking for a forever home with plenty of laps to curl up on. Since I am so attached to people, I would really do best in a home where the family is home most of the day. I don't love being left alone and really like to be a part of whatever is going on. I would make an excellent family dog!! Our standard adoption fee is $295 cash or check and $300 credit card ($5 processing fee). It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping.
