She is a happy, happy girl who has an URGENT time clock associated with her smile. She is affectionate and likes to run around and check everything out. Please save her life before it's too late. Fostering is free of charge and everything is provided within a 90 mile radius of Chicago. Volunteers are willing to help with transport.
