Hi! I'm Spanky! I was rescued from Highlands County Animal Services just before my time was up. I am approximately 7 or 8 years old and weigh 12 lbs. I am a very friendly and outgoing boy. I have the cutest little underbite! I would make the perfect lap dog. I would do well with other dogs, cats, and well-behaved children. My housetraining is a work in progress. Please come rescue me!
