About Buddy

We are old. I am disabled and have serious eyesight issues. We just can't give Buddy what he deserves. He is a big, strong, smart & energetic male Westie. Loyal and loving. He loves to play and play hard. Buddy loves people. When he barks, it is 'Please pay attention to me.' Buddy is a love-bunny. He is a cuddler and will happily place his chin on your thigh and take a nap. Buddy is a certified Emotional Care Pet and stuck with me during the months when I was down and out. He has been sleeping on my bed for a couple years. Buddy has brought me enormous comfort. He fusses about other dogs. I believe he is afraid. When the two pups pass the smell test, everybody settles down. I was still walking him in Autumn of 2014, we worked on heeling. He did very well. Alas, I had to stop walking as my disability progressed. Buddy is still young, very smart and trainable. He is a great watchdog. No one will be lurking around your place with Buddy on station. Buddy is a big boy lap dog. Cannot overstate: He loves people and will cuddle you all day long. We are moving to a western state and do not want Buddy to be traumatized.
