About Siam

Siam is a very special kitty. He was rescued from a home where he lived with a clowder of cats. Bet you didn't know that a 'clowder' is what you call a large group of cats! You learn something new every day, and that is exactly what Siam is doing. He has some issues with food because starvation is a real thing in such a large group of cats. He never knew when he would have plenty of food so he binges and purges. He will overeat to the point of making himself sick. He would do best as an only cat so that he was sure he didn't have to compete for food. He will also need someone who is very patient with him and gives him the time to adjust and get comfortable. Could that be you? His home needs to be quiet and stress-free, so no small children and little cause for anxiety. He can be very shy but has started warming up and is keen to jump on your lap once he gets to know you. His next home needs to be absolutely perfect. This boy deserves it. There may be some hurdles to overcome but the reward will be great!
