Beautiful GSD looking for a loving home. I rescued Scout when picking him up to take him to the vet for a lady who didn't have money for the vet. When I got there I couldn't believe what I saw was a skeleton. He has come a long way but still needs weight put on him. I bought Scout from the woman for $200. I have 2 adult GSD's and 2 GSD puppies already and can not keep them all.
