About Marabelle

My name is Marabelle and I am looking for a loving forever home. I'd probably do best as an only pet because I have some trust issues, but when you hear my story, you can probably understand why. See, I was thrown from a motorboat and my humans sped away...I had to swim for my life, so I understandably am scared in some situations. I was pulled from doggie death row after many months in a cold shelter, but I'm doing much better now. If you are patient with me, I will reward you with all the love I have to give. I am currently being treated for heartworms because the people who claimed to be my parents didn't take good care of me. I'm simply a lonely, attractive gal seeking love and affection....low maintenance, mature, housebroken, but just grumpy sometimes with certain dogs and cats, but I love people who are kind to me!! Would do best as an only dog in a home with secure yard. I love going on rides in the car, going on walks, rolling in the grass, and lying in the sun.
