Fancy is a beautiful fancy Pigeon who was found wandering circles in the street at 12 Midnight. We have been unable to locate his owners and he is not banded or registered. He is a tame gentleman who loves to strut and coo. We are looking for an experienced Pigeon owner for Fancy as he should really be in a flock. Adoption Fee is $20 Mandatory Adoption Contract and Vet Refrence.
