About Kichiro

Hello, my new name is Kichiro. I need a new home because the police came and took my owner away, and even though I am a good boy, there was no one to take care of me so I went to a version of a doggie jail called the shelter. I was pretty scared while I was there but they took good care of me until my friends at A Passion for Paws came and brought me to the Akita Ranch. No one really knows how old I am but the shelter people put on my paperwork that I am 2, but my friends think I am a lot younger, maybe even less than a year old because I'm not very big yet and only one of my ears stands up straight. I like my new name Kichiro a lot because it means 'lucky son'. I am still trying to figure things out but I know that I like to be close to my human friends and do not like to stay in a yard alone without them. I am not too sure what to think about other dogs yet but maybe as I gain some confidence and know that my human will keep me safe I might be willing to meet some other dogs to see if we can be friends.
