Puppadoo is a 3-year-old Shih Tzu, weighing 12.5 lbs. is looking for his perfect family! He is happy go lucky and has never met a stranger. He ADORES toys and will play with human or dog friends, or just as blissfully by himself. He does not chew or maim stuffed or squeaky toys, he cherishes and holds them! He walks well on a leash and knows 'bye bye' and LOVES car rides. He sits quietly, no jumping back and forth, and often falls asleep if there's sunshine coming through the window where he sits. Puppadoo crates well and is accident-free when crated. He lived most of his life outside and was just recently neutered, so when he is not crated he needs patience and diligence in continuing his 'free range' house training to avoid potty accidents. He wants to sleep in bed with his new family and would love to watch a movie with you on the couch. The facts: Puppadoo has one tiny eye that causes him no issues; it is clean and does not drain. Just gives him that flirty look, like he's always winking at you! It's part of his charm. As with all Shih Tzu's, he will require regular grooming to keep his coat looking dapper. He is great for grooming and nail trims. He is fantastic with dogs, big and small. He is tentatively ok with cats...meaning he is fine if they are in his space but actually gets more upset if the cat is in another room or behind a gate and will sometimes bark at them in that scenario. He is easily corrected by the phrase, 'Puppadoo, that's rude.' Adopt this happy little gentleman today! Puppadoo is Neutered, UTD on his shots, HW, and FT. He has a microchip in case he is lost and will require a fenced in yard, either physical or underground to keep him safe. RPSM recommends homes with children 6 years and older. If you are interested in adopting Puppadoo please fill out an application today by going to www.rpsm.org. Puppadoo adoption fee is $300.
