Rascal is almost 9 months old and is a pure bred border collie. He is registered with the American Border Collie Association. Rascal is neutered and current on all vaccinations. He is a very active puppy and loves being outside. He needs a family were he has space to run and play. He loves children. He would make a great working dog as he shows all the characteristics of the breed. My wife and I love Rascal but we are an older couple and do not have the time or space that Rascal requires.
