Meet Rex. This Pointer mix is about 1 - 1.5 years old and looking for a fun home. He is petite and only weighs about 40 pounds. He loves to run and play with other dogs and has a very outgoing, happy personality. Rex is crate trained and seems to be house trained on a schedule. He loves to run in a fenced yard and has his nose to the ground checking things out in typical pointer fashion. In fact, it was pretty difficult to get a good picture of this guy! For this reason, we think a home with a fenced yard would be best. Rex seems to be fine with gentle children and would love a dog buddy in his future home. We are unsure how he does with cats. Rex is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative.
