Kooky is a 3-year-old delightful little girl who is a bit shy around people she does not know but is all tails-a-wagging around other pups. Once she knows you then she is like velcro and wants to be your best friend! She is house-trained and loves going on long walks with her foster siblings. She will do best in a home without children so only those types of applications will be considered for our full-tailed furry girl.
