About Rambo

We are located 5 hrs west of VA Beach. You are welcome to come to us. We can deliver or meet 1/2 way for the cost of our gas. ty Rambo has a bit of a sad story. He and 5 other dogs from the same home was surrendered to a local shelter. One of Rambo's humans had cancer and the family could not care for the dogs anymore. Poor Rambo looked so pitiful in his kennel the day I visited the shelter. I just could not leave him. I pulled Rambo and 2 of his buddies. The remainder of the group found placement with another group. Rambo is listed as a dachshund mix on his records I received at the shelter.He is 5 years old. Rambo is great with all humans. He is also good with other dogs and cats. He is housetrained and crate trained, but had really likes sleeping in the bed with his foster Mommy. He is a bit over weight and needs someone who will keep him in a low calorie diet and provide exercise every day. He is neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm negative and on prevention as well as microchipped. He will receive a certificate of health and the adopter will get all his health records.
