About Laney Brooke

Laney Brooke is a beautiful 9 year old, 14 pound sweet Yorkie girl. She is being fostered in Freeport, FL. INITIAL BIO 04/09/2018: This sweet princess came into UYR as a stray, covered in mud and severely matted, but in otherwise good condition. She has been spayed and brought up-to-date on all her vaccinations and is ready for adoption. Laney is a smart little yorkie - she is house-trained, walks well on a leash, and loves to sleep in bed with her human. Although Laney is very happy in her foster home, it would be ideal if she were to find a forever home before she becomes too attached. Foster Mom says that it is rare to come across a foster that is as sweet as this little yorkie angel. Laney has a very quiet personality and just loves to be with her person. She would prefer a quiet home with older adults and no children as loud noises are scary to her. It would be a bonus if her forever home had a fenced-in yard since Laney actively looks for openings in the fence that would allow her to become lost again. It is a miracle that Laney survived being all alone on the road and is none the worse for wear; this is all because of a group of committed and dedicated volunteers from United Yorkie Rescue who drove hundreds of miles to bring her all the way from Tennessee to Florida.
