About Tucker

Meet Tucker!! This little guy is sure to steal your heart with his cute little nosy and inquisitive head tilt! Here in rescue he is eager to make friends with all of the other animals and wags his tail almost non stop! He is a combination of some type of terrier and poodle making him non-shedding and less allergenic. He came from a home where the Mom felt there were just too many pets and gave him up so he could have a better life. At a little over 2 months old he is very engaged and very bright. It is difficult to say how big he will get without seeing the parents but we feel he will be in about the 15 pound range. His adoption fee includes his current vaccinations and next set of vaccinations, his neuter per the terms of our adoption contract, microchip, wee wee pad training and new blue collar. Adoption fee does apply. As we pre-screen via email tell us a bit about you such as your lifestyle, work schedule, activity level, dog experience, area you live in, house or apartment, how many adults, children and pets in the home etc. We will happily place him in a home with kids as he is very well adjusted and not even remotely shy. Please be patient with us as we often receive a slew of inquiries for each adoptable dog. We try to get back to everyone but do focus on getting back to those who seem to be the best fit.
