To SERIOUS ADOPTERS ONLY! NEEDS A FOREVER HOME IMMEDIATELY!! I adopted JACKSON from the Humane Society so he is microchipped, neutered and had 10 teeth pulled because previous owner did not care for his teeth properly. I was told he was used for breeding. He is anxious and fearful. LOVES to be cuddled! He becomes very attached and guards aggressively. He has bitten several people when sitting near me . He needs to be with an adult who is home with him all the time. He gets along well with other dogs but not cats or kids. He truly is a sweet old man but needs A LOT of attention. When I adopted him his temperament was much calmer because he was healing from his surgeries. I work all day 5 days a week. He would howl for me when I'd leave home. He loves car rides and going to the dog park. I have a feeling from his behavior that he had been living in a cage for breeding all his life. If I return him to the humane society he will be euthanized and he deserves a happy loved rest of his life. He is potty trained. He needs a yard for sure . He doesn't do well on leash he is fearful and snippy. Please help for the right person he will be the best dog you can imagine!
