About Chloe

Chloe is a 4 1/2 year old purebreed Maltese. She is sweet, playful and enjoys spending her time playing or cuddling in someone's lap! She has gorgeous soft fur and will need regular grooming every 4-6 weeks. I will be going back to work fulltime with possible long hours and I would love for her to have a home where someone is there with her during the day. REQUIRED: There will need to be at least one person at home with her during the day (work from home, stay at home, etc.) and if the house has a yard, it must be fully enclosed with a secure fence and she must not be left unattended when outside. When outside the household, she must be on-leash and in a secure crate/carseat while in the car. As she has been mostly an indoor dog, she is used to going potty inside on grass pee pads. She will need a little training if you want her to go outside instead as it's new for her. She will also need some leash training for walks. She was diagnosed with luxated patellas in her hind legs when she was younger but does not currently seem to have any pain symptoms. It might cause arthritis and possibly require surgery to correct as she ages, however. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. I will have a questionairre and require references (including current and/or previous vet if possible) as well as a home visit with all members of the home and pets to make sure she is a good fit for you and your family.
