About Leia

She may not have traveled from a galaxy far far away, but our pretty princess still does her namesake proud! A GA girl at heart.....Leia is a 1 year old, 35 lb Lab/Boxer mix who will happily settle for the life of royalty, but she's also ready to get out there for a good game of fetch or any exciting adventure her family might throw her way. Right now she's down south, but she's all set to hop on the freedom van as soon as she has a LI/tri-state area FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME. She's a fun nd friendly girl (and we admit, we're a bit obsessed with her awesome markings!) who gets along very well with other dogs, would do great in a home with kids, and has no idea whether or not she'd chase a cat.
