About Lando

we have a 9 year old beagle that is in ill .....I've tried everything in my power too help him....we deeply love him....he looks to have subaharra??? he has scales on his lower back problems with feet itchy and gray around eyes. he is severely itchie and licks and chews himself..he is super loving sweet wonderful ol boy.itching is.in part to fleas which I've tried several products there get rid of them....I've tried grain free food special shampoo natural remedies....nothing but nothing helps. please please help. I don't have the money for a vet and don't want him put down ...would be devastating. but he is suffering. I would like to give him to a good loving home. in hopes and prayers you could fix him and give him a home that could afford treatments good food love and give him a good rest of his life. we live in sweet home Oregon....i will be saying great prayers.....�����٪����S thanks and
