About Tex

Tex is a very loving dog. He loves to play and he is definitely alpha male. I have two cats and a female dog besides Tex. He gets along fine with my female dog, but will attempt to kill my catS. I have had tax for 22 months and he still will not adjust to my cats. He does not get along with small children. He tends to nip at their heels. I don't feel I can trust him around small children. He's a great watchdog, and protective. His previous owners kept him caged pretty much 24 seven except eat and go outside. I rescued him and thought I could get him friendly with children and my cats. It's not happening he definitely needs a home without other pets and children. Texas is going to be five in a few months.
