Meet GARFUNKEL, a happy, healthy, friendly 2-3 year old, 66LB shepherd/lab/pittie mix who needs a hero. GARFUNKEL came into an overcrowded shelter in the south as a stray and will be killed Monday morning April 9 @ 9:00am if not rescued. They share the following about GARFUNKEL 'He is a pretty energetic guy!!! He did seem to get along with the other dogs pretty well. He DID NOT like the cat at all. He did his best to get her. He walks okay on the leash, but needs training..' THIS IS ALL WE KNOW ABOUT GARFUNKEL. A BUCKS COUNTY, PA rescue will save him, vet and neuter him and transport him to Bucks County if a suitable adopter or foster steps up. Or they will consider rescuing if a sponsor steps up to pay boarding fees at $20/per day. Remember it takes more time to place a pittie mix so this dog really needs your help if he is to be saved.
