About Phoebe

Phoebe, DLH, Solid Black Spayed Female, Vaccines Current EST DOB 4-2017 Phoebe must have been a dump, she was sweet and tame and ready to be inside and safe. She also was pregnant. Rescued and cared for she's ended up with Partners for Cats and is now ready for the next chapter in her life. Phoebe is a very loving smallish girl, who looks forward to being 'your girl'. We're not sure about how she will be with other kitties her own age as she's been in the Kitten room since coming into our care. We do know she will roll over for a good belly rub and doesn't seem to mind being picked up. Phoebe is sponsored by Partners for Cats. There is no adoption fee. You need to complete an application and visit with her caregiver Jean. She's in Burke County next door to South Mountain State Park. You can reach Jean at 828-437-8769. Partners for Cats does not currently charge an adoption fee. We feel this is a better way of finding more homes for more kitties. However, we operate on Donations, with no other income. If you take a kitty from us, and can afford to, we would appreciate your making a donation to help defray the cost of vetting these beautiful kitties. We will never ask you for Money when we turn a cat/kitten over to you.
