PENRLOPE is a beautiful, sweet girl. She recently gave birth to puppies, and all her pups were taken by rescue and she was left behind. Penelope is a female chihuahua/doxy mix, about 4 years old and weighs 12 lbs. Penelope was rescued from a high kill shelter in CA after being found stray and pregnant.
