About Samantha

Meet Samantha! This precious little girl is 5 1/2 months old and about 5 pounds! She is sooooo sweet and loving and has the brightest most soulful button eyes we have ever seen! She is small and will remain so as we don't think she will be more than 8 pounds fully grown. She is a mix of Yorkie and Cairn Terrier so she is non-shedding and very, very smart! She was given to us by a family who felt that their Mom, who is a senior, was not taking good care of her. She did not even have a name! Because of that she was initially very tentative in rescue but after rehabbing in a foster home with 3 German Shepherds, 2 little dogs and several cats she has really come out of her shell! She now loves to snuggle at night and run outside to play with everyone! If you like kisses she is definitely your gal for that! Her adoption fee includes her spay, current vaccinations including rabies, microchip, deworming and housebreaking. An adoption fee does apply. As she is very loving we will happily place her in a home with children as well as other dogs and cats. As we pre-screen via email please tell us about you such as your lifestyle, work schedule, activity level, area you live in, house or apartment, how many other pets, children and adults are in the household etc. As we often receive many emails for our adoptables please be patient with us as we go through the screening process. We do all of our initial correspondence via email so please do not call. We are not associated with any other rescue. We get back to everyone as quickly as we can.
