About Tootsie

Tootsie is an adorable 20 month old Yorkie Mix who was rescued from a high kill shelter after being dumped with a shattered leg. Tootsie never let her injuries affect her love for life. She is as sweet as can be and loves to play, cuddle and love! Tootsie is a small 5 lb lap dog with enough energy for kids and other dogs. Tootsie has had surgery with a plate inserted into her leg but she still favors the leg. She can use the leg when playing but will lift it at times and walk on the other 3. The vets believe she will always favor the leg but has healed nicely. Tootsie is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed.
