About Windy-Pending Adoption

Watch me love you back! Windy is a 23 month old West Highland Terrier who came into our care from a commercial breeder. She is loving, gets along well with other dogs, and is warming up quickly in her foster home. She has house training down (only 1 accident to date). Windy is unsure of leash skills. She loves to explore so she does need a securely fenced yard. No small children under 12 due to her history and being a bit reserved. Windy is being fostered in Madison, Mississippi. Suggested adoption donation for Windy is a minimum of $500 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs. Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts only to people living in states neighboring Nebraska and requires the adopter to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not transport or fly our rescue dogs. A securely fenced yard is necessary to adopt one of our terriers.
