Hi there! My name is Spot! Before you go, I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself. I love people and I love dogs. I've spent a lot of time with dogs my size and we do really well together, I'd probably be fine with dogs of any size but I'd like a proper introduction to make sure. Cats kinda freak me out so I'm not sure I should live with them. I know sit, shake, and I walk really well on the leash. That also makes me a great running partner. I'm happy to plop down for a nap at home but I also love to play with a ball, other toys, and get very excited for my walks so I still have quite a bit of energy at 6 years old. I'm so loving and funny when I'm not overwhelmed by all the shelter noise. I'm quiet in the crate. I don't have separation anxiety and I never had an accident in my foster home. Please take me home, I would love to have a family of my own. Love, Spot. Spot has been at the shelter since MARCH! the shelter is full and his kennel mate was just euthanized! He was found on the streets of DTLA in March by my friend and @ok9consultation just fostered him as part of 4daysforLife. However he is now back at South LA and is at risk to be put down. Last update is that he's on the transfer list to West LA shelter where he has more of a chance to get adopted but he's not safe. His A#will stay the same. Thank you! South LA shelter is a KILL SHELTER so he is now at risk as he has been available for foster/adoption since 3/24! He needs out ASAP! shelter is open: HOURS OF PUBLIC OPERATION (for Care Center): Monday (Closed) Tuesday (8AM - 5PM) Wednesday (8AM - 5PM) Thursday (8AM - 5PM) Friday (8AM - 5PM) Saturday (8AM - 5PM) Sunday (11AM - 5PM)
