About Luka-AGAIN!

Ok...here we go once AGAIN with Luka. I swear this poor guy has been thru enough already!!! He was given up by his original person when he was under a year old because the man was moving to Florida. Luka came top us a bit perplexed but he settled in well with the other dogs and us. But-he is a Lhasa and is one very opinionated little guy. With us he is fantastic, but we understand him. We let him know he is loved and safe but he is NOT in charge and does not have to try to be..because that is what Lhasa's do. If you are not in charge are not the leader then they will be happy to put those pants on-lol!! He is just a baby still and need some very confident, firm yet loving guidance. We have adopted him out TWO TIMES and he has come back after he started misbehaving. But, I will say, the people that presented themselves as dog savvy and experienced Lhasa people were not and really let Luka down big time. That is the very last thing this little guy needed and it saddens me and makes me give myself a big kick in the fanny for not reading between some lines. Please, there is someone that wil be just what Luka needs and he can find his happily ever after. Sadly as great as he does with us, we are a foster home that rescue many dogs. Luka needs his own happily ever after. He is in the Chicago area, we do NOT ship, sorry. Luka needs a hero that will be patient, tolerant, strong and kind.
