About Duke

Meet Duke!! This beautiful boy with the super playful personality is about 2 1/2 years old and a pure happiness! He and his sister Daisy (also listed but they will not be adopted together) were given up by their family because the family is moving to Georgia. The wife was crying (boy did we feel bad) but she said her husband would not let her take them and wasn't nice to them a lot of the time. We were also told he was not good on a leash but so far so good; he takes correction well and is eager to learn. Duke is a Maltipoo (Maltese and Poodle) and is non-shedding, hypoallergenic and as soft as can be. He does know some basic commands and is very treat motivated. He is also completely housebroken and enjoys walks on the leash. He absolutely loves car rides. His biggest downfall is that he first greats you by jumping 4 feet in the air but in rescue we have been working on correcting that! Hisd adoption fee includes his neuter, current vaccines, microchip, professional grooming, flea and tick treatment, collar and leash. Adoption fee applies.
