About Dobbie

Mr. Dobbie was with us last year looking for just the right home. We thought we had found it but circumstances changed and he needs another shot at the right home. He is a Yorkie mix and is almost 9 years old. He has some quirks. He is deaf - doesn't change the fact he is a great dog - it only changes how you have to approach him. If he is sleeping and you touch him he startles and will snap. He doesn't get along with other animals for the same reason - if they come up behind him he startles and will nip. For this very same reason he can not live with younger kids. He loves to go for walks and loves car rides. He loves to snuggle up in bed at night time and get his share of loving. He is 100% housebroken. He is current on shots, neutered, micro-chipped and freshly groomed. An older and calmer individual or couple would be best for him and someone who understands to wake him up without startling him or they will get nipped.
