About Finn

I had found Finn in a remote area in Western Colorado Springs. He was not chipped and extremely underweight with his ribs and backbone showing. I had also searched for lost dog signs and online postings with no luck. I didn't want to drop off Finn (didn't have a name at the time) at the shelter because of him being a Pit bull. I have had Finn now for 4-5 weeks and he is gaining back to normal weight. As he is getting healthier he is getting more energy and more character. I never had intentions of keeping him as I do not have the time for another dog. My intentions were to foster him until he was healthy and ready to move on. That time as come. He is extremely friendly and is a gentle giant. He gets along with other dogs, and has even been fine with cats. I have not had much experience with him around children, but based on his sweetness - there should be no issues. He loves to play and go for walks. He is believed to be around 9-10 months old and weighs less than 50lbs.
