About Otis

Otis is a very sweet and petite 6 y/o fawn boy. It does take him awhile to warm up to people, as he wasn't treated very well before he was rescued. He is deaf and blind, so needs someone with extra patience as he gets to know his surroundings. His favorite thing to do is snuggle on the couch with his people. Although he was recently neutered, he has not broken his habit of marking in the house. He will need someone to work with him to break him of that. Otis does well with foster mom's two male pugs and toddler. This little boy needs a home ready to give him some extra TLC, because that is what he deserves.
