About Barny

Barny is a purebred Cocker Spaniel boy who found himself in a California shelter as a stray boy who was not claimed by his owner. So sad. He is a 'buff' color and about 6 years old. He ended up on the 'urgent list' in CA due to having intestinal gas and bloating, which we knew was just 'road food' doing him in. WE brought him to TRACS and we are working on getting some weight on him and getting his tummy in great shape before we adopt him out. He is a great boy and has a wonderful personality. WE put him in a kennel with another male dog and they are doing just fine together. He appears to be dog friendly, kid friendly, and likely is house trained, although we can never promise this. He will be a wonderful companion for someone. His fee will be $250 and he will be available as soon as we feel he is ready for his neuter surgery to be completed.
